I went in expecting a decent selection, but there just wasn’t much there. It was kind of disappointing, though I guess it wasn’t the worst thing ever. Still, I left feeling like I didn’t really have many options.

"My Billing Experience Was Frustrating"
I’m just sharing my actual billing experience here because it left me annoyed. I noticed a charge that didn’t look right, so I contacted customer service expecting a simple explanation or fix. Instead, I got vague answers, was passed around, and never felt like anyone was really trying to help. It made me question whether they were being upfront with me at all. The issue eventually got addressed, but it took way more effort than it should have, and I still don’t fully trust their billing process or their customer service

"Order wasn’t right"
So my order showed up wrong. I ended up getting a different item than the one I picked, and there was a piece missing too. I reached out about it, but it took a while to hear back and it still didn’t really get sorted out. Frustrating, especially since I double checked everything before paying.

"Checkout gave me a hard time"
I was trying to place an order, and to be fair, the site looked nice and easy enough to use at first. But once I got to checkout, it kept freezing right after I put in my details. I refreshed a few times, and then my cart changed, which was frustrating. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else.

"Canvas ripped fast and I felt ignored"
I was disappointed with this. The canvas ripped after only about a week of use, which I really wasn’t expecting. I tried reaching out because I figured maybe someone would help or at least acknowledge the issue, but I felt ignored. Not a great experience overall.

So... I had an issue with my order and reached out to support, but the replies I got were vague and not very helpful. It dragged on longer than it should have, and in the end, nothing really got resolved. I wouldn’t use sav-tac.com again.

This has been so frustrating. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting, with basically no helpful delivery updates at all. I keep checking, hoping there’s some kind of progress, but it’s just the same vague nothing every time. At this point, I just want to know where my order is

"Really disappointing experience"
My experience with sav-tac was frustrating. I expected the process to be simple, but it ended up feeling like they didn’t really have things together, and that made the whole thing a waste of my time. I kept hoping it would get better, but it never really did. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, I blame their lack of organization for how disappointing it was. I’d give it 1 star and probably wouldn’t use them again

I wasn’t able to verify the authenticity, which was disappointing. I really wanted to feel confident about it, but without being able to confirm it was “genuine,” I just didn’t feel comfortable keeping it.

"Tracking Has Been a Total Nightmare"
I ordered from sav-tac.com the tracking situation has been driving me absolutely insane. It sat on “label created” for days like the package had fallen into another dimension, then there was one random update, and now it’s back to complete silence. I emailed them to ask what was going on and got basically no helpful answer at all. Maybe it’ll show up eventually, who knows, but at this point I’m not exactly feeling inspired to order from them again.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size from sav-tac.com, the same size I wear pretty much everywhere, and somehow it showed up feeling at least a full size too small. The size chart made it seem like it would be fine, but it was tight in the shoulders and the sleeves were weirdly short, so of course I’m the one stuck dealing with something that doesn’t fit.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but it’s frustrating because I actually tried to follow their info before ordering. I wouldn’t buy again unless they fix the sizing details, because paying for something and then having it not fit just feels like another hassle I didn’t ask for.

"Frustrating wait with no real help"
It took forever to get anywhere with this, and when I reached out to support, they barely helped. What really annoyed me was how they kept pointing to little policy loopholes instead of actually trying to fix the issue. It felt like they had an excuse ready for everything, but no real solution.

"Rough packaging made me nervous"
When the package showed up, I was excited at first, but that changed fast when I saw the box was torn. Then I picked it up and could hear things rattling around inside, which made me really nervous. Thankfully, I still hoped everything would be okay, but the way it arrived definitely didn’t feel great.

I went in hoping to grab a few things, but pretty much everything I needed was out of stock. What made it more frustrating was that I kept getting different answers depending on who I asked, one person said they’d have it soon, another said they had no idea, and someone else told me to check online. It just felt really inconsistent and annoying.

"Bad first impression and poor updates"
Not a great first impression. They took my order like everything was good to go, and then it ended up on backorder with barely any updates along the way. I get that delays happen, but having to sit around wondering what’s going on was really annoying
